I made three batches of sweet kumquat marmalade today. I did not make a dent in the kumquat crop! That one small tree sure puts on alot of fruit. I think I will make two more batches and then chop and freeze the rest for kumquat nut bread. And take a bunch to work. I am tired of cutting fruit!
