So last weekend I didn't get any sewing or knitting done, because I went to Texas for the Cowtown Half Marathon! It has become an annual event with some of my schoolmates. I am on the left. Elaine, the woman next to me was in my nursery school class! We were classmates for 14 years!
Cowtown really knows how to throw a race expo!
My race was ok. I had run The biggest Loser Half Marathon in Mobile, AL two weeks before and I felt like I hadn't recovered completely. It was still a lot of fun, and it was great to hang out with my old friends.
