Allietare Part 4 in Progress

Progress shot of the Bonnie Hunter Mystery Part 4:  All the units are cut and the test set came out fine.  Yay me!  Yes, I realize I have an extra set.  No problem.  Sometimes a unit doesn't look right when it is time to assemble at the end, so if I have an extra or two that is always nice.

Now I just need to draw sewing lines on the squares--I am using the flippy triangle method this time.  I was not getting good results using the companion rulers to cut these units for Part 2.

Just need to finish these and make two aprons for Christmas presents by Friday and I am good!  And knit a pair of mitts and make a batch of cookies and two batches of toffee.....

  1. Lovely units, I think they are a nice unit, first time I've made them. Hopefully some gold in our next clue.

  5. Different quilters, different abilities. I get more accuracy with the speciality rulers, but you are not the first quilter that says she gets better results with other options. Good job so far!
