Friday On the Needles

Wow! I didn't realize it had been this long since I posted.  Busy holidays here with two weeks of travel.  I'm still catching up. It's all good though.

I've been working on a blanket for our first grandbaby. It is the "Sunny Baby Blanket" pattern I think, in Jeannee worsted.

You would think this would be easy, but I already have two mistakes! I didn't see them until I was several rows past, so I just left them.  

I'm also knitting my younger son a pair of socks in Cascade Heritage Sock solids. I knitted MSU maroon stripes at the top.  I'm ready to knit the heel in the second sock, so I want to do that today as I can just sit and knit and knock it out in good daylight.
