On The Needles Friday

Still working on the socks.  Last night I knitted the heel flap of the second sock.  I am going on a road trip with some of my running friends, so I am hoping to maybe finish the second sock this weekend.  Fingers crossed.  I'm using Wise Hilda's Basic Sock Pattern in Knit Picks Thirst Heather. 

I have been fighting the urge to cast on the next project.  Trying to finish one thing at a time, but it is really difficult.  I am so easily distracted.  Squirrel!

    Great looking socks: I used the same pattern. I usually have two knitting projects going, one for inside the house and one for in the studio or deck. That way I never get bored.

    Good looking socks....the squirrel is a permanent resident of my brain -- which is why I have so many lonely single socks -- oh well - new yarn makes me happy.
