A Little Monday Sewing

I was on travel for work last week, so I did not get any sewing done.

Today I made a four pillow cases for my local guild (Just Needles) charity pillowcase project.

The fabrics were all part of the "great haul" at a storage unit sale last month:

I paid $45 for everything!  The bolts were $1 a yard, and the woman said I could have all the "loose pieces".  I snatched and ran.  There is probably 20-30 yards of shirtings, and the prints I used for the pillowcases.  I shared some of the shirtings with a friend, she wanted to make outfits for the grandkids.
